I design the shape of a system, then build it — from a Symfony or Node backend to a Vue, React or Angular front-end, all the way to automated deployment. 18+ years in the trade, 10+ of them freelance — including CTO of Wheelskeep — on high-traffic rebuilds (interflora.fr, La Maison du Whisky) and architecture work (Enedis, BIMData). I also lead teams: CTO, head of engineering, lead dev — mentoring, training, reviews, Agile. What I add on top: industrialisation — reproducible environments, CI/CD, a full environment per branch — so a whole team ships faster. And everything I build for myself is open source.

Online multiplayer 3D game, playable right in the browser. Built about ten years ago, when real-time 3D on the web was in its infancy (WebGL brand new, BabylonJS in its early days): game engine, authoritative Node server and real-time network sync written by hand. Featured among the demos on the official BabylonJS website. Being rebuilt on Godot (dedicated server, movement prediction).
The Komga comics server ported file by file from Kotlin to TypeScript: same API, same database, same UI — 442 twin files so upstream changes carry over diff by diff. 155 MB idle vs 603 MB, 1.6 s start-up vs 11.4 s.
My tech blog (Homelab, self-hosting, home automation), in French. WordPress is only the back-office: the public site is exported to static HTML, with home-made cookieless analytics (ClickHouse + Grafana) and CI-built Docker images.

Castle Defenders, More Pistons, Jammy Furniture and the GollumCoreLib modding library, built since 2013 for Minecraft 1.6 to 1.12 and downloaded more than a million times. Website smeagol-mods.com with a home-made stats and version-check service; now being ported to 1.20.1 / 1.21.1, along with faithful ports of BuildCraft and Thaumcraft 6.
